Fang is very consistent kills as expected (it essentially never hits a 0 on cerb), whereas Arclight has a huge variance in dps. Sometime Arclight absolutely destroys Cerberus and absolutely shits on Fang in term of dps, other times you hit nonstop 0's and like 1-8's and it feels horrible.The fang is 5 tick which makes it worse than rapier for slayer with the exception of super tanky mobs. The fang has allowed for some new metas to form but hasn’t broken the game anywhere. If you want to increase the rarity, sure.
